My son bought a Toshiba lap-top computer less than 6 months ago from circuit city. He purchased the extended warranty. Everthing is fine till the start button falls into the computer.

He takes it into the greenvill circuit city store to be sent off for repair about one week later on the 21st of december some one calls and leaves a message on the telephone answering machine please call 1-888-333-2333 for an estimate of the cost of repairs choose either option 6 or 2 or 2.

Well I call circuit city at (252)321-8011 finally after about 2 minutes of phone(store options I reach a girl. I then asked to speek to the store manager who is out(no doubt). I get cut off then call back suddenly the store manager is back I talked explaned the problem & there was nothing that he could do then I told him fine after the Christmas Hollidays we will be talking to a lawyer.

I then got on my computer and have contacted the NCDOJ(north carolina dept of justice) and filed a complaint to try to settle this matter before having to file a lawsuit. Next step will be to contact Toshiba at 1-800-457-7777 and see what they have to say. Please do not shop at circuit city.
