Circuit City will not honor warranty on hdtv been jerked around for almost 2 months with no results Beavercreek Ohio
been trying to get circuit city to help with the extended warranty on our 36" hdtv that we bought from them. we have made a call every night and spent nearly 3 hours or more on the phone everynight trying to get some one to send a sony authorized service man to repair tv but with not avail.
they just keep jerking us around and not doing anything to help. go someplace else or buy a product where you will have a qualified service man in your area.
