CIRCUITMICRO.COM RiiiiipCausing me $50.00 in overdrafts. I never agreed to pay for nothing. Internet

I filled out their application. I received my approval, I did not like their terms so I diregarded it. Now they keep trying to get money from my account causing me overdrafts. I emailed them and have yet to receive a reply. If I don't get my bank fees paid back I'm going to call the FBI, because what they are doing is wire fraud and theft by deception.

The fees are stated on the 2nd page of the application form, where you are required to check off (I agree) and further more agree with this statement --->

---> ***By checking "I Agree" and Clicking the Submit Button confirms you have read and agree with the terms below***
This is the page where you entered your banking information. Page #2

Since you checked off "I agree" and then had to click on "submit" in order to be charged, bu this you are certifying you have read and agree with everything, further more also agreeing with all other terms on the site if you have read them or not, by using the site,

Unfortunately we can not be held liable since you digitally signed the authorizing document but failed to read it, but furthermore, it is your soul responsibility to read all other terms that may affect you before you actually use the site, since by using the service you are also obligated to any of the sites terms. (That goes for any website)

Please note, you are still liable for the fees, including NSF charges, and if they are not paid within 30 days, it will be referred to a collection agency for further action.

This is much like here on Rip off Report, before you submitted this report, you had to agree to their terms, and I can only assume and also I am sure you checked off the little box but have no clue what these terms were or to what you even agreed to.

All you know they could charge $50 for this service and you wouldn't know about it until you have been charged and bounced a another check,
So I wonder if thit was the case, who would you complain to then, about your not paying attention or reading anything that you sign.

I hope you don't deal with everything in your life with such a careless way.

The online application does not state that there will be a Financing charge, like Joe from Las Vegas would have you believe. I would take the advise of the EDitor here and go to your bank!

I would also suggest that you read the other Rip Off Reports on this company... the owenr responds to this webste Randy from Lake Forest, CA.
His last naame has been put in a post somewhere.

DEAR JIM,
I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY THOUGHTS
ON YOUR READING SKILLS!!!!
I'M A CURRENT CUSTOMER WITH CIRCUITMICRO,
AND VERY PLEASED. THEIR NOT OUT TO
SCAM YOU ..... YOUR OUT TO SCAM THEM.
IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE APPLICATION
FORM THAT THERE WILL BE A $39 FEE...
OVER AND OVER AGAIN IN BIG BOLD LETTERS.
TO ME IT MAKES NO SENSE..CONSIDERING THAT
YOU ENTERED YOUR BANKING INFORMATION AND
CHECKED THE LITTLE BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF
THE PAGE AGREEING TO THE FEE AND FINANCING
TERMS.

SORRY TO SAY BUT THE FBI WONT HELP BECAUSE
THE COMPANY HAS A FINANCE AGREEMENT...

AND IF YOU HAD NO MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT
....THERE'S NO ONE TO BLAME
BUT YOURSELF.

P.S. I HOPE YOU WOULD'NT TRY THIS WITH A MORTGAGE
ON YOUR HOUSE!!!!
THANKS,

Respond to this Report!
