We accidentally accepted the terms of CircuitMicro.com and got scammed into the 39.96 dollar application fee. Not only did they take this out of our account, but they took it out twice on two separated occassions and put us into overdraft fees.

I was lucky to get a hold of someone on their end (who sounded like he was talking from inside a metal box). He told me to fax a copy of the bank statement that shows the double application fee withdrawl and the overdraft fees and call them back.

So, On August 17th I faxed all of the papers to 760-231-8245 and tried to call them back. Actually, I had my lawyer fax these in!!! But, no one answered. I again tried on Monday to call and see if they got the fax. I again explained the problem and the same guy (in the metal box) said he would forward this problem to the "accounting" dept. and said someone would not be able to call me back today but would call me in the morning.

Well, guess what, they never called. I have been trying to call them for 3 hours now and no one answers. If you e-mail them, it could take 2-4 weeks!!

This company is nothing but a rip off, just like Bl** (((ROR REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) is. If you want a good computer just save the money, Walmart has really good E machines cheap. These internet people are nothing but scam artists!!

As for CircuitMicro.com, just try to take more money out of our account!! You will be reported for fraudulent charges!!

Well, since CircuitMicro.com will not answer their phone and obviously is a fraud, we went to the bank and filed forms for fraudulent activity on our account.

So far we have one of our applications fees back, (they fraudently took this bogus fee out twice and put us into NSF fees), but it was the bank that refunded our money. We will be getting our other fees back soon. People, if you have be frauded by this guy Randy, go to your bank and file fraudulent activity. We need to put this guy out of business NOW. We also filed a complaint with the BBB of California.

Did you know that all the phone numbers listed there are bogus and are either disconnected or are numbers for totally different companies?

Buyers beware, do not buy from CircuitMicro.com.
