CIRKUL CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT TWICE FOR SOMETHING i DID NOT ORDER!! Not Sure Florida

I found this product ad on Facebook.  Said free trial, I signed up, got two a(2) free cartridges.  Later the next month I was charged $27.00, told them I did not want a subscription, then today, I was charged anaother $27.00.  I tried to return the cartridges the first time, they said it was too late, I was already charged and noit to return them, now I have been charged again, without my authorization. 

in the login site it says "looks like you are not signed up yet"....therefore, I don't have a subscription to this produce, however they are still charging me for it even though I did not order it.
