 Missed a 94.00 payment, received new statement with total balance due of 188.05 due the 27th of May, paid this on line with proof of this on May 20th. Cirro shut power off today the 26th. Wife paid balance with debt card, now they have 188.05 plus 97.04, and they still say there is nothing they could do to get power back on today. So, I called Oncor their utility service contractor that tells me they wer told by Cirro to turn power off today at 11:20 am, they also told them to re-connect me at 7pm. Oncor was very nice to try to assist but said that it would take a "high priority request" from Cirro that they refused to do and it could be back on before midnight.


They post on their web site about "personal customer service that exceeds all other retail electric providers", how they are a 24/7 provider. Well, I gave "LISA" the supervisor every opportunity to show that level of service and she said there was nothing she could do. Oncor verified differently. Loyality is established by the promise advertized they delivered much less than they say they do, if the lowest rates is all that is important then maybe that is your choice. Don't be the husband a 1000 miles away from home that cannot get this fixed for his family. Shame on you Cirro for no heart, no effort and above all no customer service
