Complaint Review: Cis Clickbank

Like all others on here, I too have been ripped off by CIS worldwide/Clickbank. It was a huge scam that preys on people who are already vulnerable. Personally I was trying to find a cell phone lookup to try to find out who has been harassing me with weird phone calls to my cell phone. I was at my wit's end and paid the $29.95 because they told me they had the record. Then after I paid, mysteriously they had no info on this number. I looked up my own cell phone number and they didn't have a record for that!!! I was so angry, one, for being ripped off and two for letting myself get ripped off and not investigating further into the company before I just handed over my money.

Imediately I e-mailed their customer service (since of course there is no phone number) and got some bs response about how the CIS "system" works. Well I know how the system works, it's a big hoax, and basically ignoring my request for a refund. I then proceeded to file a complaint with consumer affairs here in DC, a dispute with my bank, and a dispute with Paypal which I paid with. This seemed to be the key for me. Paypal gave me something invaluable. THE PHONE NUMBER TO CLICKBANK

Here it is 208-472-9500. They conveniently leave this number off of their website, so I hope this helps. I called and argued and got a refund as well as an e-mail from them stating that I would be refunded to my Paypal account so if for some reason it doesn't go through I have it in writing.

I suggest anyone who has been ripped off by them make use of this number. Hope it helps.
