CISNationwide.com  Is a site pretending to be a background check service with access to archived records on the federal, state and county levels.  However, their site is designed to charge you for accessing a web page and not for producing an actual report. In other words, when you submit your name for a background check you get charged, but if you hit the "back" button on your browser before downloading the details of that report, when you submit the same name you get charged a second time for the same report.  After getting scammed for hitting refresh, your background check contains not a single record from either the federal, state or county levels.  It is a Google background check, as in nothing but the same information you can find on Google.

When doing a search for a person's work history, you can submit a name and the browser will populate a web page with that name, a city in which that person worked, but nothing further.  Then if you pay $5.00 for the "details" which they pretend to have about that work history, the web browser populates a blank screen with no work history whatsoever.

After refreshing and searching for information this company obviously has no access to, you go to the customer service page to contact a professional.  The very first line asks for your Social Security Number and if you check the page, it is not secured/encrypted. In fact, when you try to submit a customer service question it asks you which site you visited so they can direct your question to the correct department, but CISNationwide.com is NOT on that list...
