We assure you that we stand behind our product by providing our customers with a user friend members section interface. Our friendly and professional customer service department is always only an email away, six days a week. Our turn around time is usually twelve hours. That's much faster than many other online services!
CIS Nationwide's contact information can be found on all of our pages, including the Members Area. Please also note that a phone number for our bill processor is printed on each and every receipt received by our customers.
Please be advised that the aforementioned fax and PO Box address may belong to the Opt Out Compliance Department. Our Opt Out Compliance Department does not handle any customer related issues. Their primary function is to oversee the management of data stored in our public records database.
