Complaint Review: CISworldwide.com ClickSales

My elderly mother was desperate to get information about an individual who had been very violent toward a family member. She was actually worried for this person's life. She begged me to help her in finding background information on the internet, as she has no computer. I agreed and found the CISworldwide website. I put the fee of about $39. onto my visa and as soon as I signed up I was asked to put the name and birth year for the individual I was researching. The WRONG person came up; it was another person with the same name. This site offers no way to correct their errors, and while I was given 6 "points", I used 5 up with the initial, flawed inquiry. I wrote them 5 e-mails and got blanket responses to each one: "We do not guarantee results"..."Your computer may not be compatible with our service..." etc. etc. CISworldwide offered no answers and no solutions and wanted to charge me $40 MORE dollars to correct their mistake! This is a fraudulent company and I am alerting my visa account---I have already contacted them and they agreed I should not pay. But how many others are they charging? This fraudulent company could be stealing millions of dollars from innocent victims. They should be investigated and all consumers who have been ripped off should be refunded. Additionally, these cons should be fined, and possibly jailed.
