CISWorldWide.com Deceptive Advertising - Cannot get legitimate records without paying more & more money!!! . Internet
This company is a FRAUD. I signed up for the premium 5 year access, only to find I get 12 points for "direct access" to records.
The site didn't load the pages properly, and stated links could not be found. So I had to reload pages and it cost me all of the stupid points. I e-mailed tech support twice to let them know there was a problem and this is the generic response I got twice:
"For your convenience you were assigned a username and password after transaction. They are - Username: ****. Password: ****. Rarely you might get an error message while attempting to login, that means that you PC is incompatible. Please read the customer FAQ located in the members' only section once you login! Sincerely, Customer Support."
My problem had nothing to do with "login". I too will be repealing the charge per Florida Statutes-3 day period if customer is not satisfied.
Hopefully some attorney will pick this case and the several others as major Fraud!
