This company claims to give you everything it advertises online. I had read every detail before purchasing this so-called service, and it absolutely said nothing about having to pay extra to use the service once purchased. Service does not work. It is a scam.

As, it is clearly states in our Terms and Conditions, you receive 6 points upon signing up, which is more than enough to do a comprehensive background report on a person. Our terms also state, that every time you do a criminal search on a person, your points are depleted, no website on the net can afford to offer you a "no hit, no charge" for criminal data. In addition, to 6 points, you also get unlimited access to all our resources, which include:
Access to various databases of courthouses
Hundreds of informational ebooks
Links to various state and national agencies where you can obtain your criminal record for free
And hundreds of other public records resources.
If, all this information is not worth your $34.95, then I challenge you to find a better deal. Average price for ONE criminal report is $49.95!
But, if you are still unsatisfied, as you stated in your complaint, I will be happy to either issue you a refund, give you additional points or help you with your criminal search.
