CISworldwide.com sold online service without fulfillment; no way to reach them for refund. Internet
I see several complaints that are just like mine. Guess I've been SCAMMED too.
Googled "email person locator" and got a website that redirected me to CISworldwide.com. They advertise $29.95 unlimited use. Paid the fee and got 4 hits.
Made my selection and was redirected to another page that charged more money, depending on amount of information. Did not take that bait and just quit.
What happened to the $29.95. Can't find a way to locate the company to either "get technical" help or a refund.
Lots of victims. This should be reported and investigated.
