Complaint Review: cisworldwide

I have just signed up with the above mentioned Website and tried to find addresses for 2 mobile phone numbers. Neither number gave me any information, however, I was asked to spend more money. I did read all the "fine print" before signing up for the service and there is absolutely no clear information stating on the Website that additional funds are required, but the impression is given that when you pay your membership fee of $29.95/yearly you have full access.

I send emails to two customer support addresses I could find requesting full credit card in the amount of the $29.95 and to confirm cancellation. I doubt, that I will get a response and will instruct my credit card company to contest these charges.
