On January 9, 2008 I received a call from one of the collection representatives and he stated that my payment for the month of December had not been received at which time I informed him that the payment had been mailed out on December 24, 2007 in the form of a money order in the amount of $334.41 and gave him the money order number. He informed me that he would do a payment research and to call in a day or two.

The next day January 10, 2008 I called and spoke with another representative by the name of Brianna, she informed me that the payment still had not been posted and I asked her what I should do, while the payment was being located so that my account would not look delinquent, she advised about doing a deferment and she put in for that. She also advised that I should go to my bank and do a trace on the money order.

On January 11, 2008, I went to my bank and a trace was ran and it came back that the money order had been cashed by Citibank, OH. I then called and spoke with another customer service rep by the name of Ms. Woodbury, she advised me to fax the copy over to your company. I faxed it twice to the following number 1888-249-5595 from work, when I got home that evening I called back and spoke with another rep by the name of Keyisha *44024, she asked me to fax again, so I then faxed it from home.

The following Monday, January 13, 2008 I called again and spoke with a Ms. Frazier and she advised that she would have a manager call me back.

By Thursday, I had not heard from anyone so I called again and spoke to a Ms. Wade who advised me the copy that I sent was not legible ( mind you this is a whole week later and no one could call me and let me know that it was not legible) I asked to speak to a supervisor and was then transferred to a supervisor by the name of Jay I could not understand his last name on the answering machine but I left him a message explaining all of the above and all contact numbers for myself. To date I have not heard from anyone in reference to the lost monies.

Citifinancial finally posted the monies!!!

Today, finally January 23, 3008, I contacted citifinancial and the person I spoke to advised me that they found the money and it has been posted to my account. Get this they even deferred my payment for a month (how nice of them). Finally the nightmare is over. It took them exactly 15 days and I still have not received a return phone call. So unprofessional!
