Complaint Review: CITGO BROOKSVILLE FL

My daughter stopped at this shady looking gas station because she was out of gas and had no choice.  He vehicle was running great before stopping there.  When she pulled out, her car started giving her problems consistant with bad gas. 

I called the owner who was very rude and refused to help.  He ended up telling me that I had no common sense because "if there was bad gas, there would have been other people complaining".  I then asked him to explain why after leaving his station, her previously perfect running vehicle all of a sudden had no power.  He then told me to never come back (as if I ever would) and he hung up on me. 

I contacted corporate who explained that they are all individually owned and they couldn't do anything about it. 

Now...after draining the gas tank (which there was water in), changing the fuel filter and the spark plugs, it still isn;t running right.  We are on to replacing the fuel pump.  Hopefully that will work and she will have her car back. 

STAY AWAY FROM CITGO ON COBB RD IN BROOKSVILLE FL.  There was definately water in the gas and the owner rudely refused to take responsibility for the cost of the gas and the repairs to the vehicle.
