Citi Business Cards promised a perk of $50 but only paid $25 Ripoff Jacksonville Florida
In July 2004, I received an offer from Citi Business Cards, promising me that used the credit card for at least $500.00 purchases per months for August, September and October, I would receive a credit on my account of $50. I fulfilled the requirement for purchases for those months but I did not receive the credit. When I called them repeated times about this, they first told me that they had no record of the offer, then they told me that I didn't qualify during the month of August. They credited my account $25.00 but not the full $50.00. I faxed them the offer I received, and later the proof that I qualified, with no response.
