FIRST OFF, I FIND READING IS MUCH EASIER IF READING ALL CAP'S   My situation started when i wa looking into upgrading to better stronger non problematic transmission for a classic car we are working on, I ran across a ad for broadstreet performance inb Richmond Va. i tried email them but they keep say call , call, call, so i finally call, talk to a guy there herecommended a transmission, so i buy it, only to find out later i was mislead with bad info. then they turnd back on me, i got citi involved , at first they pretend going to help, then later they decide protect the deceiving rep of broadstreet performance, lloyd henley and they to rejected mydispute after i sent them more than enough proof, saying i did not submit proof in time. but i know i did,  citi is also hard to communicate with for computer dummy's like me. i can go on and on, but will stop here, just recommend to usecaution when dealing with broadstreet performance and with citi cards, we are looking into changing credit card companys soon.  but i would bet they all do this crap.

i am an old gy not to smart, dumb as hell with computers, the very first letters i learned to write were capital letters i was not told at that time that i was yelling, that yelling part is not fact, it is some computer tech 's infantile wish to try get some b.s. started, I WILL NOT ARGUE WITH YOU NOR ANY OTHER ABOUT MY RIP OFF COMPLAINT, I KNOW WHAT TRANSPIRED , YOU DO NOT, IF YOU DO WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE BUT HAVE DIFFICULTY DOING AND SEARCHED THE INTERNET YOU WILL FIND SEVERAL OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE BUISNESS I DEALT WITH,, I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I HAVE MILD DISLEXIA AND MAYBE  THAT IS WHY I CAN READ CAPS EASIER, ANY WAY I WILL NOT ARGUE ABOUT THIS, NOR WHETHER I AM WRONG OR RIGHT IN MY COMPLAINT, I JUST HOPE OTHERS DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS.

First off most people find writting in all CAPS as a form of screaming and find it very hard to read.  So while I will use CAPS in appropriate places, I will NOT be using all CAPS as there is nothing to scream about here.

First off YOU have a misconception of what you can dispute on a credit card.  What you are talking about is a level of service dispute.  That is YOU made the purchase and are just upset at the company for not following their terms.  This is NOT something that credit card companies will get involved in. So you are correct in that part...almost without exception all credit card companies will do this.

The reason they (in your words) "PRETENDED" to help is because they were investigating it to see if it is something that can be disputed.  So yes in the beginning they probably were genuinly attempting to assist.  However, if it turns out during this investigation that it is more of a level of service issue that is where they have to deny your claim.

If you have a dispute with a company, you need to take it up with the company.  If they refuse to help you need to look at taking additional action that could include things such as a small claims case.
