Citi Commerce Solutions - Citibank Unauthorized Fraudilant Charges on Account With No Follow-Up, Resolution Greenwood Village Colorado

I notified and reported fraudilant charges to my Home Depot Master Card Account in the amount of $2,704.73. This account was closed to be investigated and submitted to the fraud department. My account still has not been corrected nor has there been any follow-up in reguards to this account.

I have made numerous requests for status of this account and why it still appears on my last statement I recieved. ( which was 2 months ago! ). I have called requesting written account status and a statement to be sent for review and payment. I have called, e-mailed, and written with no response or follow-up. I am requesting Citibank make all required corrections to my account, remove all reported fraudilant charges to this account. Futhermore conduct a proper investigation and both CLEAR AND CORRECT MY CREDIT.
