Complaint Review: Citi Financial Auto

Citi Financial Auto Wont work with me on lowering my payments while I am unemployed and harrassing phone call and threats Coppell Texas

I have been unemployed for sometime now and have been struggling to keep up with my payments. I am current on my loan as now and have ask them to lower my payments based on a hardship payment plan they offer. However, They will not work with anyone that is unemployed to help set up a lower payment plan their policy is that you have to be working. Well if I was working then I could make my regular payments with no problems. I dont understand this concept.

I was also getting phone calls from them 3 times a day and at late hours and as early as 7 am. They have been the rudess company to deal with. They make you feel even worse than you already do and threaten you.

I am at my end with these people. I in good faith have kept them aware of my situation and am trying to keep my credit rate good with them and to keep from having my Auto repossed. They just dont care. Also on one occassion I paid by bill over the phone with a check by phone and then the next month they took money out of my account with out my permission and overdrawed me. I don't know how to deal with these people any help would be appreciated.
