When we wrote 2 years prior to stop those payments. But was charged an additional $69.00 per month. Once we inquired about it. They just simply shut our account down as foreclosed when we was not in arrears at all. We was 100% fully paid to date and still within those 10 days grace period when they stole our last payment. They refused all my payments. Refused to allow us to talk with the regional manager. 2 managers was fired due to thieer actions on our account.

We went in personally in Rutland VT to have my care taker assaulted with the documents the Texas office wrote us. The manager threw them into her face and stated "The Main office don't know $h^t about our account"Quote! And threw them at Frances LaBombard. The documents stated was being overcharged for over 2.4 years.

Stating our mortgage was almost $100.00 cheaper than what we was paying per month. This is how they can have a weekly lottery for the workers in the office.. To which our last payment never was credited. Our mortgage was actually $309.14

The manager stated it was an employee who was taking the money, but refused to have her charged with embezzlement. They also, could not or refused to state which insurance company we was paying that $69.00 to and for for what? Life or income insurance? Manager was fired for her actions, but we still lost our home of 9 years. Invested over $50,000.00 in those years. Lost everything and being disabled hurt even more. Forced out like a criminal and embarassment of the neighborhood. Lost valuables and 3 beloved pets.

I truely want to report this crime against us. I garuntee 100% honesty. No reason to lie, we lost the house already and live in a dumpy old trailer.
I cannot believe Citi Financial can litterly steal a home without cause! Simply refuse mortgage payments. For a forced foreclosure.

We cancelled the employment ins. due to Franny being out of work twice for over 4 months each time and insurance refused to pay. Did everything needed for paperwork, DR notes ect. And never threatened with foreclosure during that time. Just had to borrow the money that should have been covered. Buyt Citi Fanancial stated they accidently stopped paying the insurance Co. Thats why we was NOT covered. Someone stole the $69.00????

We need to stop this criminal outfit of wealthy thieves.
