 I am a current Citi Mortgage customer and completed a refinance application during August 2012.  Now, more than 10 months later, the refinance continues to be stalled while I have continued to pay a higher rate on my mortgage than the refinance rate they quoted me.  Additionally, I have lost the opportunity to go elsewhere to refinance since rates have increased while Citi Mortgage continues to request the same loan documents multiple times, as much as 3 times for some items since they claim the previous documents are outdated due to their inefficient and incompetent loan processing. 
Again, it has been more than 10 months since the refinance application was submitted and Citi Mortgage continues to ask for updated documents over and over again while I have continued to pay a much higher interest rate on my current loan.
