Complaint Review: citi prepaid cards

I was given a citi prepaid gift card last year from my aunt for partsd i brought her for her stove.I put the gift card in my drawer with all the other gift cards I have to save for use of a big purchase.I went to use the card 14 months later and I was told that it is an invalid card turns out the card has an expiration date which most cards do, but usually you just call the company and they reissue you the card. This company was vewry nasty got hung up  on fiirst by a customer service agent called back spoke to an agent then spoke to her supervisor got nowhere then spoken to hios supervisor ( who was very rude!) asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. I feel they stole 200.00 from me ridiculous I will be cutting up all my citi issued credit cards and will try to never do business with citi ever again!!!!!!
