Complaint Review: Citi Residentual-ameriquest Morgage Loan

I need answers. I had a red flag go up when I read on my warrenty deed to my morgage that it was listed in the wrong county. When checking on who did my appraisal on the loan, it was Collateral Control. I did a search and found this company is in Europe!!

From what Im reading, these peoples business is taking companies through the step by step process of forcing their customers(me) into early foreclosure. Look up "Framework for Collateral Risk Control" Euopean Central Bank. Working Paper Series No. 209.
I need someone to find this website, read it and tell me if what Im reading is correct.

I did a credit report. I had 14 bad accounts. Most of tehm maxed and I had 3 credit cards to Citi that I know nothing about. Some of these accounts in the report were paid to date. I have never gotten a statement. $43,000 in debt.
I disputed them and they are comming to "paid as agreed" one by one.

Someone please help me figure this out.
