My Citibank Credit Card was charged $119,95 by Essentials Gold. When I called Citibank, they transfered me with Essentials Gold. They (E.G.) claimed that they had contacted me on behalf of Citibank and I authorized the charge by phone.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and to hear any recordings of my authorization because I didn't authorize anything, and they said that they don't have it on file.
They agreed to reimburse the charge. I contacted Citibank again, asked to speak with a Supervisor.

I told her that I wanted my money refunded immediately, and she agreed to make a conditional refund while E.G. made the reimbursement.

They denied having authorized any charge to my account.
I have had good service from Citibank so far, so I will keep my credit Card for now, but if this happens one more time I will cancel it right away.
