Citibank Fair Credit Report Act Violation, Corporate Scum lords, Credit Destroyers, Minions of Experian, Trans Union, Equifax San Antonio Texas
Citi Bank is Falsely reporting to all the credit bureaus inaccurate information without validation. I have contacted them numerous times with their customer reps who are located in India!! Paid my credit card in full but they are still saying it is a charge off. I have tried to explain several times of their mistake. They even have the dates wrong. They could care less about the citizens of this world! All they want is money, either from us or the government. Do Not do business with these people. They make Capital One look like Heros. All I am asking is that my report be fixed! An Honest company would respond.

The "Devil is in the Details" as they say.
So just how late were you on your credit card before you paid it in full? Because if you were delinquent and they "charged off" the account, paying off your card at a later time doesn't change that fact. It is after all called a Credit HISTORY.
Of course if you are going to come here and say you were NEVER late, then get your statements together that shows this, take a look at the Fair Credit Reporting Act(FCRA) to see what you need to do to possibly go after them.
