On my last automatic credit card payment, to my Quicken Master Card, from my bank account. Quicken managed to change my bank account from the previous number, which had been used successfully and was not changed by me. Now Quicken wants penalty charges, a letter, a check and other things that I have to do to correct their screw-up. My telephone calls to their Customer Service resulted in a series of interruptions by the Service Rep and his Supervisor plus a list of things I had to do to straighten out their screw-ups. I'm doing nothing except trying to cancel my credit card.

I have authorized Quicken to charge my bank account for the actual purchases only. Quicken is authorized to collect only this amount from my bank to close out the credit card. Quicken's Customer Service Supervisor said she had the correct bank information. Quicken is threatening me with continuing monthly penalties which are $58.00 on a $40.00 bill.

Quicken has refused to cancel my credit card after a total of three requests.
