Citibank rewards Card Representative very Rude: Fraud on my Husband's Citibank rewards Card, Internet

My husband had fraud on his credit card; and he called to report the fraud, and he called Citibank (3) times on Sunday July 21st 2024 and nobody answers?  I guess nobody from Citibank went to work on Sunday?  Everyone is becoming Lazyer then Lazy and they probably only work 3-days a week? Either way the female who absolutely was Clueless that answered my Husband's call said she cannot do anything because (it is not even posted on his Account)? Well I am looking at his account and it is posted to his account? 

The country that should have answered should have been America?  But nobody in America works anymore. Which it was Not America because they could not speak properly and (No proper English either) she said there is nothing she can do from the corrupt Company from Florida on his account and I am looking at his account Right now and it is on his account and it is a Fraudulent charge and the Citibank Representative refused to do anything.  Now America Express would have fixed the problem (Right then and There). They would have reversed the charges and Would have Blocked the Merchant.  (Not Citibank though) because they refuse to fix Fraud on their customers credit card.  Pathetic and sad how Citibank treated a customer.
