According to the HARP program enacted by the goverment more than two years ago there are a variety of programs to help homeowners experiencing hardship or lower values in their house. Citibank received money from the goverment ( =taxpayers) to avoid foreclosure and protect homeowners. After 4 months sending documentation and 10 months without receivieng any income we applied for this program. citibank declined the petition alleging that we "need to be in default"to be approved and we still have money saved in our bank accounts. Pushing homeowners to fall in deliquency. When we applied to refinance the house because we were not in default and its value was decreased they alleged that "we did not have enough income" and the "value of the house considerably decreased".

At this point, their advice is "stop making payment""ruin your credit"". My question is should the goverment revised all these abusive situations and stop giving Citibank any financial help when they are not helping homeowners??

Citibank customer service is lousy and deplorable full of ill behave representative.

 Truly yours,

Cristina

Our you fed up with Citibank pushing you around, stealing your hard working money, corrupt bank charges, loans, bank charges, nickel and dimming you with poor customer services. The bank is no longer interested in keeping people as a customer when people have fewer funds for them to float and make investments outside the bank. To stop  corruption please click on this link and send Washington our thoughts.
