Citibank refused to change my phone number when I called customer service instead they handed my account to the fraud dept Louisville Kentucky

I have a ongoing dispute with Citibank over a credit card account.  Guess who is committing fraud against who?  Citibank employees foreigners who committ fraud against customers.  They have access to your account and they can change information and that is exactly what they did.  Then they blocked me from calling customer service and all my calls go to the fraud department.  And this is all because I called and asked the customer service to change my phone number.  Today I spoke with an executive and pleaded with her to stop the nonsense.  I got nowhere.  Then I called the fraud and said what do you want?  The foreigner had no clue so I said I want to talk to your supervisor and an american got on the phone, and she said your account has to be verified. This is not a new account it is two years old.  I said so verify it but you cannot call the old phone number so I gave her the new number which was already supposed to be on my account.  I said you can see my account right?  she said yes, I said is the old number on the account and she said yes.  I said okay change the number and then call or text me.  Finally I got her to cooperate.  Then I tried logging into my online citibank account and guess what there was a fraud alert and my profile showed that they put the old phone number right back on my account.  Can you believe how stupid they are?
