First I would like to give an insite on what it is like to work at citicards. If you apply don't apply for sales/retention or collections. I can't tell you how many times I ran to the bathroom crying in fear I would lose my job , when you makes sales ,you are wonderful to citi . When you don't ,you get interrigated in you managers office. It is so bad that employees do enroll customers in products without the customers permission we call it "slamming the customer".

The employees are not allowed to do this but feel so pressured to make goal to keep their job ,some do this. Alot of customers do not even look at their statements to see that they may have ben enrolled in something months ago. It seems to take citi about 3 months or so to cancell the product a customers requests for. I worked for citi for almost 2 years had a baby in my home and requested and applied for a different shift 11 times in 7 months I could no longer work a 10 hour shift overnite,

i was tired from coming home to a baby and trying to find sleep before my shift started, citi did not care or allow me to switch shifts, i was forced to quit and citi denied me unenployement!! Now as far as the customers citi now states a customer can't get their apr lowered unless they make on time payments for 12 consecutive mths instead of 6 mths now. Citi doesn't send out the statements to a lot of customers then they charge all these late fees and put the customers though talking to all these foreiners which they comp about.

I work at Citicards and I would like to say that employees like you and your colleagues are the ones who give Citicards a bad reputation. You seriously charged people's credit cards without their permission? It's a good thing you don't work there anymore or you would definitely be fired now.

Anyway, when you accept a job at Citicards you are offered a specific shift. Once you accept that, you are NOT entitled to a new position or shift. Obviously you weren't performing up to standard and that's probably why you didn't get another position. You made the choice to have a baby knowing what your schedule was and it is not anyone else's job to make special allowances for you. If other people were able to get new positions or schedule changes it's because they were doing their job, performing up to par, and doing what they were supposed to do. I also have a baby and have worked in several different shifts/positions throughout the 3 years I've been employed there because I am hardworking and make positive contributions to the company.

Regarding your unemployment: you are not entitled to unemployment when you QUIT a job so stop whining.

And statements ARE sent out each month.
