After my husband died October 31,2019  someone (do not remember who) told me I needed to get a Costco Citi card in my name, which I did.  The cards on the first Costco Citi account in both our names were destroyed.  I do have a written number of my card.  Statements initially from 11/19 show that several amounts of money are due to me.  Subsequent checks have been sent to "Estate of William Allen".  When I tried to cash one at my bank I was told it could not be done because it was to the "Estate".   The first check I received I returned to Sioux Falls,SD requesting a new one be issued to me.  Never received a new one.

At this point in time I have three (3) other checks to the "Estate".  This is a partial amount due but does not include another larger refund amount.

After talking to about 6 different people on the Citi website I was referred to a man in Wilmington, DE.  Over the phone he gave the items he needed and they were mailed to him on March 3,2020.  I have yet to have any response from him.
