Its been a nightmare since filing BK with CitiFinancial. We had 2 loans at the time, a personal and a second on our home. Obviously we kept our home. We were not asked to reaffirm this loan, so we didnt.  It has been a year in Dec. since filing. We have made our payments all on time. We have spent numerous hours on the phone finding someone or anyone that could help us obtain a balance on our account. Apparently all this time they had taken our payments for our mortgage and put them towards the other chargeoff account. Been fighting in this regard as well to have all these payments placed with the correct account. They refuse to send any statements or updates...any thing with a balance on it. Horrible. We have been transferred to so many different dept it is ridiculous. So here we sit, almost a year later and we still are unsure as to what our balance is? Weather they have applied all our payments to the correct account? And if we will ever see what our balance is.....


Wonder how long this will take to end.....
