This summer I had 2 surgeries. Citifinancial Mortage put my home into forclosure over $1,200. Their lawyer charged over $1,000 and when I requested an accounting of the expenditures they could only give me a rough list--no dates, times, etc.

When I try to call Maria Flores (the person taking care of my account) I can never reach her. She is never at her desk. She does not return calls. I finally complained enough that another individual helped me send in the payment for the forbearance. Even after I payed off the forbearance via western union, they continue to call and request payment. Yet when I call back (I do have to work you know) they don't answer!!! I even recieved a letter saying that I had defaulted on the forbearance and when I called to complain, another individual (not the one in charge of my account) told me that the letters were sent to all customers by mistake!! By mistake how can a company do something so incredibly irresponsible!!!

Even before this incident, I had to call in my mortage payment each month. Everytime I mailed it--no matter how early I mailed it--it was marked as late!! I find it amazing that their payments are the only ones that did not arrive on time, since I mail all of the bills at the same time! If you are thinking of taking a mortage with this company-- DON'T. The frustration simply is not worth it.
