JUST SO THAT ALL CONSUMERS ARE AWARE OF THE TACTICS THAT CITIFINANCIAL ARE WILLLING TO TAKE TO STEAL MONEY FROM ITS'CUSTOMER, BELOW IS THE EXPERIENCES THAT I HAVE INCOUNTERED DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

FIRST OF ALL AS BIG AS THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE IS NO ACCESS TO ONLINE BILL PAYING FOR ACCOUNT OPENED UNDER THIS PART OF THE COMPANY. CUONSUMERS HAVE TO MAIL IN THE BILLS BEFORE THE DUE, WHICH IS NOT A PROBLEM EXCEPT IT FOR SOME REASON (TOO GET EXTRA MONEY AND RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE)YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE POSTED IN 32 DAYS EQUAL TO THIER BILLING CYCLE.

YOU CAN PAY BY PHONE ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAYTHEM AN ADDITIONAL $ 12.00 DOLLARS TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT, IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TOO YOU WILL PAY THEIR UNGODLY $ 34.00 DOLLAR IN LATE FEES WHICH ARE NO FAULT OF YOURS , BUT THEY HOLD THE MAIL FROM BEING PROCESSED UNTIL THE 32 DAYS HAVE PASSED.

THE COMPANY APPARENT POLICY IS TO HARASS THE CUSTOMER AND THREATEN THEM WITH APPLIED FEES AND CREDIT ISSUES IF THE COMSUMER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THEIR TACTICS. WELL THAT HIT PAY DIRT THIS TIME..NOT KNOWING THAT THEY WERE SPECAKING WITH A INVESTIGATOR THAT IS AWARE OF THE ACTION TO FRAUD THE PUBLIC.
