Citifinancial Services Inc. credit and refinance insurance scam.weve paid thousands to them. ripoff Terre Haute Indiana
My husband and I received a financing loan originally for some furniture..interest free.When we were ready to pay that off early they talked us into getting some additonal money to pay off bills,etc.... Only this loan was for 26+ % interest.Then when we were close to paying that off we desperately were in need of a 2nd vehicle. We both came from not so smart financial decisions in the past and were not able to get a regular loan thru a local bank or lender because of our credit histories.
This company seemed to jump at the chance to loan us more money....and we agreed because of no where else to turn. They have since tacked on to our loan...something they called refinance "insurance" for refinancing our loan and something called "credit insurance" which they SOLD to us as a very good idea to add to our loan! We have paid this company thousands of dollars...and on top a few thousand just for these "insurances".And now after 5 years still have a balance of $10,000. They will rip you off! Especially those of you like us who are down hard on their luck. Beware!
