We are living a mortgage nightmare from citifinancial a/k/a the associates .

citifinancial has served 4 foreclosure sheriff papers upon us to get the home and property we had built from foundation in 1991 with our saved down payment .recovering from a hysterectomy , a car wreck in 1998 , myself out of work 1n 1999 i was preyed upon by associates broker for a home equity loan as i sit to see a lawyer for my back injury . it was the most detrimental loan we signed away our veterans mortgage to a higher mortgage the assocites n/k/a citfinancial and alleged outlaws with a inkpen

alleged predatory lending, mortgage fraud , harassing phone calls, nightmares , high blood pressure, crying , depression , emotional mental distress , worser credit report file chapter13 and withdrew chapter13 to fight back this predator is all we have now august 2005 and to sale our home sept 16, 2005
