I received a phone call from Citimortgage saying that I owe them $900+ for this year.  The fees were for some taxes and documents that they processed for a property that I did not own.  Basically, Citimortgage is charging me property insurance ad other legal documents for a property that I do not own.

How are they able to insure the property anyway?  I do not own the property.  How are they able to file any documents on my behalf.  Again, I do not own the property.  I spend 3 days trying to get to the bottom of this mess.  The reps are unable to assist me and kept passing me to another person who should be able to help.  I have been transfered so many times and I even went to Citibank but no answers.  I asked for a copy of the insurance and other documents but the rep hangup tha phone and did not even attempt a call back.  Citimortgage is threating me with a lien on the property.  Well, how can they do that - I don't own that property.

If the charges were a consistent policy, then they would have charged every year and I would have been made aware of the account.  According to the rep ID#8544370, the account was opened in 2004.  The balance of the line of credit is $0 up until July of 2009.  Then suddenly Citimortgage decided to charge my account $900 for insurance plus $200 for membership fees.  I think this is fraud.

Who can I contact to sue this company?  Obviously there are many frauds and abuses involved.
