CitiVogue.com CitiVogue.com fake purses sold as authentic- didn't state that they were in Ripoff China Internet
This website claimed all purses were authentic, with authenticity papers included with the shipment. When I received the purse, I could smell the plastic smell before I opened the package. It was plastic, the enclosed card says "cowhide leather". There were no authenticity papers.
I have contacted them via email several times. The last contact, she told me to mail back to china. The cost of mailing this purse back within the 5 day alotted time is $60.00.
When I went back into the website to get copies of their fraudulent statements, I went into "my account" and they took my information off. I guess I was harrasing them to much!!
This website should be shut down. These purses are terrible fakes. They do not state that they are in China.
All I was asking for is a postage paid container to send back this purse and get a full refund.
