I received a call from Michelle Meyers from Citizen Services Management in early January in regard to receiving up to $5500 in grant money for a fee of $349 for processing the paperwork. My checking account was debited on 1/31.

I received the "paperwork" on March 22nd, which was just a book itemizing addresses for state funding in my state, not paperwork to be filled out & sent back as was told to me when they took my money. I immediately called to ask for a refund & was told that I would need to wait to get a refund form in the mail, which would take 2-3 weeks.

I asked to speak to a supervisor or if the form could be faxed & was told that they were in a meeting & didn't have an extension to be reached on & that they had no fax machine in the office.

The 3 weeks have passed & I still haven't received this refund form. Each time I try to call to find out where it is I get a recording that I need to call back during normal business hours. I'm not sure if they have shut down shop, but I am very concerned that I will not get my money back because they're located in the British Virgin Islands.
