Complaint Review: Citizens Finicail One

This company took funds from my account assuring me that I would receive a Mastercard. After waiting for three whole months they sent me their own mail order charge card. Ater at least twenty calls to them the customer service rep insured that they had made a terrible mistake and that I would be receving my charge and what I had received was apart of a so called benefit program.
Then after waiting the standard three to five buisness days I called thwm back and now they wont even answer my calls a machine picks up everytime after I enter my telephone number.
Is there no justice for me please help me I need my three hundred dollars back.
