City Furniture Ashley Furniture Warranty Ripoff Pembroke pines, Florida
Back in November 2011, we purchased a Mattress at city furniture, they sold us a 3 year in home service warranty for $75, we contacted city furniture in April to let them know there was a problem with the coils in the mattress, they send an inspector who indded told us the bed should not bow like that, We received a call from city furniture 5 minutes after the inspector left telling us that the warranty with the manufacturer was void because of a tiny dye stains from my sheets, to which I replied what about the 3 year in home service warranty that I purchased?, they told me that it was not a warranty just an inspection service that otherwise it would have cost me $9 to have my mattress inspected, THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF and they are doing it to people every day.....
Please whatever you do dont purchase at city furniture.
