This I questioned. he had a plausible answer for that. called back to the 866 # to get someone other than miller. for some reason I felt if I talked to someone else it was legit. so sent the $. John Wiser called me the next day saying that because of my credit, the insurance co. wanted 12 mo. of payments to secure the loan. yeah, well that wasn't gonna happen. I told him to refund my 900. he said he would work to get it to me quickly. now the phone is no longer working. the fax still does. I've contacted attorneys general in Iowa and VA.
