Complaint Review: City of Austin Lisa Whitworth

Westlake High School graduate Lisa Whitworth is really a pathetic person. Judy Whitworth's daughter Lisa Whitworth was in charge of a city-owned detention pond located at the Capital One branch on Riverside Drive in Austin, TX, back in 2010. One of her co-workers caught very dangerous design flaws in the pond that could have killed innocent people if they were not caught. The retaining walls in Lisa's project had no heel which would resist overturning and sliding forces. Lisa's belief is that as long as there's an professional engineer's seal on the drawings, then it must be OK. She was wrong. So what did Greg Ray's cousin Lisa Whitworth do about it? Nothing! She threw a fit because her project was losing time and money.

And how does Dain Whitworth's sister Lisa Whitworth pay back this person? By having the person wrongfully fired, of course. Cheryl Fries' sister Lisa Whitworth fabricated lie and lie to fire this person even though the person had several witnesses and plenty of evidence to disprove Lisa Whitworth. Lisa Whitworth did this because she was upset that the engineer of record and contractor had to fix the structurally defective detention pond that she allowed to be constructed. So much for Anastasia Asia Armendarez's mother Lisa Whitworth obeying safety rules like she is supposed to. Lisa's proof you can't have stupidity without obesity.

If Dana Whitworth Enoch's cousin Lisa Whitworth cannot understand the concept of sound, what makes people think she can do actual work at the City of Austin on engineering projects at the Public Works Department? Lisa Whitworth has demonstrated she has no integrity, folks. She failed to act on the infamous Christopher Newton memo stating that structures reviewed by the City of Austin are not to be reviewed.

Lisa Whitworth is widely associated with a city that participates in unlawful incarceration of protesting citizens, unlawful incarceration of their employees for requesting past pay stubs for their life-saving medications, unlawful interference of unemployment claims, retaliation against employees for reporting violations of the Texas Engineers Practices Act and other laws, shooting the dogs of innocent pet owners, blacklisting of their former employees, unlawful theft of personal property, ARRA stimulus fraud, economic waste of taxpayer money on municipal projects, violating the Texas Open Records Act at will, and even stealing artwork from 3 year old little Hispanic girls! Remember, thanks to the efforts of Lisa Whitworth, the City of Austin didn't invent blacklisting and fraud, waste & abuse, they just perpetrate it.

Recently, the City of Austin was caught hiring child predator children of former assistant city managers like Juan Garza. They allow employees to write rules that will benefit them much later so that they will benefit themselves in the private sector like former Assistant City Manager Rudy Garza.   With employees like that, it's no wonder people believe the City of Austin is the best managed unethical city in America.
