City of Garland animal control/code compliance afraid for me,mydog& cat to go ou in front & back yard, city wont enforce pit bull ordinances Garland Texas
I am a 66 yr old senior citizens and has lived in garland most of my life. ive never before been afraid to go out in my front & back yard until now. i can no longer take my dog out without fearing a pit bull killing him or me and i dont take my cat out at all. garland wont enforce their ordinances or laws. after living here my whole life, looks like im going to have to sell my home & relocate at 66. my parents owned this house until they passed away and my father left it to me so i would be safe & have a home. i no longer feel safe at all even going out my front or back door. its ruined what little bit of a life i had and my pets.
