Complaint Review: City of Garland Code Compliance

We've been getting notification after notification for trees and shrubs that "extend" into the alley. No matter how much we cut them, still get the notifications. Then when finally made them happy, they start looking for more stuff in our yard. 

They're constantly looking for ways to get money from us, and the worst part is that other homes in the neighborhood are in serious violations and never get any citations.
