In collusion with three cab companies (AAA, ALSTATE, DISCOUNT) and ACE DISPATCH PARKING, THE CITY OF PHOENIX speciously cheated taxi drivers from earning a so-called livable wage for the past ten years at SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Consequently, twenty fearless taxi drivers filed a complaint (CV2009-038471) against The CITY OF PHOENIX and their former employers in the MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA to recorver credit card fees, maintenance / car wash fees, dispatch / lot fees, return trip lost income, passenger scooping lost income, taxi fare coversion to limousine fare lost income, extra taxi lost income and gas allowance lost income.

Are the cabs owned by, or employed by the city?
If not the 20 fearless cabbies need to look to who employed them for the last 10 years.
Seriously, suing the city for car wash cost? You need to pick a battle and let the little stuff go.
