City of West Brandywine allowed my neighbor to biuld a 100 foot long, 20 foot tall garage for repairing heavy equipment right on our property line, 100 feet from our living room. He's using grinders, hammers and welding equipment until Midnight on most nights, including Sundays! Not only that, this construcion is a mere 20 feet from our well. The silt this construction kicked up destroyed our septic, water heater and laundry machine. There is no way in hell this construction should ever have been permited by the city (bribes?) Nor is the neighbor legally allowed to operate a commercial garage or to make this much noise. He had 15 acres to choose from and he decided to build on closest point to my house. He is a beligerent neighbor and city is not holding up their end.
