Complaint Review: City Tire And Wheel

This is a horrible company nobody I mean nobody takes responsibility for there employees, I sent 1,300 dollar for a set of rims I was told it was free shipping for the month of march so I sent money western union called to complete my order after I sent the money he clarified my address in colorado never did he mention an cod amt of $500 additional dollar I have the conversation recorded when him and I spoke so he's a liar.

He told me call back just like the other cust mentioned to get track # this is when he mentioned to have the money at the door and I said hell no nobody said anything about this. He says I'm paying for mounting and balance to have rims shipped I told him I have the guy recorded repeating back my address so he knew I lived out of state, so I asked for my money back and he say that they will collect the 20% cancellation fee even though they haven't shipped me anything or completed an order for me. They are a bunch of liars and scam people to get what they want nothing is what they say it is.

And I will go as far as suing fo r my money back cause it's there faught I was misquoted on the shipping and $500 dollars for shipping is rediculous
