Then Charles Moore sends e-mail telling you to contact courier company to deliver prize check at:

(They say they can not mail check, but required secure delievery)

Then Courier contacts you & want more info (scanned picture of your driver's licence or passport - look like possible identiy theft also) plus money ($1350).
